We worked hard towards this goal. I joined a paint company in Hyderabad and saved approximately 2.5 lakhs in a year, while my brothers also managed to save a similar amount. However, we lacked experience in running the kind of business we envisioned, so I traveled to a few major states for product research. Gaining the necessary knowledge, we opened our first baby store, Laxons Baby World, in 2011 in Kakinada—the first of its kind in the area. The business received an overwhelming response, and with enthusiasm, we expanded to 21 stores across Andhra Pradesh. In 2021, I also launched an online store, WWW.UYYAALA.COM. Initially, it was challenging, but after a year, the online store also gained popularity.

On the other side of my life, I joined the Rotary Service Organisation in 2014 as a regular member, participating in service activities and contributing small amounts. Over time, my interest in service grew. In 2023, I had the opportunity to serve as club president, during which I led several impactful service projects such as tree plantation drives, free IIT Super 40 coaching for underprivileged girls, and the installation of digital classrooms in aided high schools. That same year, I also served as president of the RMB business club, where I made a significant contribution. Through Rotary, I became more aware of society's needs and developed strong connections with the community. This inspired me to establish two foundations: one aimed at making my hometown a green, eco-friendly city, and another focused on fostering social responsibility in younger generations.
